I am proofing my starter/sponge as I type! yay!! I'm baking sourdough for the first time, ever!! I've been working on my starter for almost a month and it finally is sour enough to bake with:) I will attempt to post result pics, unless I'm too tired:)

I am also doing psych and bio homework:(
